Messages sent to an employee will appear in the Social Activity section of the Social Hub.
- Open the employee record in People Management and go to the Onboarding section
- Click on MESSAGE
- Enter a message (Maximum 300 characters) and click OK
- The message will appear in the employee’s Social Hub under Social Activity
- The employee can respond to the message. Their response will go to the person who sent the original message and will appear in that person’s Social Hub under Social Activity.
