Request access to People Data dashboards

We provide visual and interactive people data dashboards in addition to standard HR reports for HR staff. Hosted on Tableau and PowerBI, these dashboards can be accessed by a broader audience, including EDI specialists, Athena Swan coordinators, and senior management teams. Data can be downloaded in various formats for further analysis.

Users of the University's HR System, PeopleXD (or HR Reporting tool), automatically have access to high-level recruitment and staff data dashboards in Tableau. No separate access request is needed. Check your accessible Tableau dashboards here.

Individual dashboards which contain visual datasets:

Resourcing Dashboard

High-level staff and recruitment activity, including turnover and recruitment campaigns across the University, which can be filtered by division and department.

Staff Diversity Overview Dashboard

High-level staff diversity data, including record completion and benchmark comparisons.

Set of dashboards that allow for more granular analysis of EDI related data, which goes deeper than the existing equalities information that is available. The intended user group for these is those staff who have a direct role in EDI based work rather than those with a general interest. The increased granularity is intended to help our EDI specialists formulate new policy, measure the efficacy of existing policies and complete data returns etc.

Dashboards that have been specifically created for central administrative teams, including the HR Policy, HR Reward and the HR Equality and Diversity Unit teams. Examples include the ethnicity pay gap report, the EJRA dashboards and the FTC monitoring workbook.

Please email hr.reporting@admin.ox.ac.uk if you would like to request access. Access requests for these dashboards must be raised by a member of the HR Systems team.
