Complete the HR Systems User Access Form and check that the information provided is accurate. The completed form must be submitted by your HR Systems Guardian (to

NB For system access to be granted, you must have a personnel record in People Management. To avoid delays, please check this has been actioned.

3 Complete the University Information Security and Data Privacy Awareness course and Individual User Agreement.

Recruitment and Personnel Administrators only: Read-only system access is granted. If this is all you need, please refer to the recommended training for read-only users before accessing the system. 

If you need to make changes in Recruitment and/or People Management, proceed to Step 5.

5 Complete your HR Systems training.
6 Recruitment and Personnel Administrators only: System access is upgraded. You can now make changes in the system. 

Recruitment and Personnel Administrators only: You will be invited to attend a workshop once you have been using the system for approximately two months, to consolidate your learning and retain ‘update’ access.
