The intended audience for these access roles are users in central teams, e.g. Payroll, University HR.

Reporting

All system users automatically gain access to the reports based on their PeopleXD access. If you do not require access to PeopleXD, you can apply for Reporting Only access for a system area or an individual report.

Grading Manager

Human Resources – Grading Managers only
Specialist tasks in the system relating to grading of new posts and creating and approving post and planned appointments. Grading Role Analyst Human Resources – Grading Analysts only
Day to day administration of activities affecting payroll. Payroll Administrator  Finance Division – Payroll Administrator only
Management and administration of the payroll module for all pay groups.   Payroll Manager  Finance Division – Payroll Manager/Supervisor only
Day to day administration of pension activities affecting payroll. Pension Administrator   Finance Division – Pension Administrators only
Day to day management and administration of pension activities affecting payroll. Pensions Administrator Specialist   Finance Division – Senior Pension Administrators only
Review and report on all employee records. Reporting – Central  Human Resources – Information Specialist only
Day to day reporting on Equality and Diversity information – including access to sensitive data. Diversity & Equal Opportunities Administrator  Equality and Diversity Unit only
Administration of employee and post information for HESA. HESA Administrator HR Analytics team only
Support usage of the HR Systems environments.  Access to all reference data for maintenance. Support Administrator   HR Systems support team only
